REGISTRATION AND PASSWORD:
Upon registration you will be asked for an email address (USERNAME) and password. Please copy this information in order to regain access to your account in the future (lowercase and uppercase letters for the system are different, so be careful). Our staff do not know your password as during registration same is stored in encrypted form. If you lose your password, by using the password recovery function you will automatically receive an email generated by the system with the details of your registration.
NOTE: The mail is sent by a robot, and in most cases is identified as spam; If you have an antivirus system / spam, in the event of using the password recovery function, we recommend that you temporarily disable your anti-spam.
Obviously, the email will be sent to the address you wrote during the registration procedure, then during the same pay close attention to correctly enter your email address.

RESPONSIBILITY'
Nautimarket SRL will not be liable for any loss or damage, direct and / or indirect, arising from sale of goods and services proposed in the catalog published on its website, including delayed and / or non-delivery of the product, or the correspondence of goods to the specifications published on the site, or any other circumstances not directly attributable to Nautimarket SRL.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The technical information included in the Nautimarket SRL website derives from information published by the manufacturers of goods in our catalog. Nautimarket SRL, therefore, reserves the right to change / adapt the technical information and dimensions of the products according to information received from the manufacturers, even without prior notice.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
The forwarding online of orders changes the availability of the products in real time, and as such Nautimarket SRL does not guarantee the certainty of assigning merchandise.
Where there are items in backorder and the customer is in urgent need of merchandise available, the second shipment will be charged and the price of  same will vary depending on the weight.

RISK AND PROPERTY
The merchandise is shipped carriage prepaid together with insurance for which an invoice is issued. The goods are under the responsibility of Nautimarket SRL up to  destination, at the customer's address. In the event that the goods are shipped freight forward according to the customer 's indications (ie the client sends its own carrier to pick up the goods at our warehouse), the risk and the entire cost of the shipment is borne by the customer from the moment of delivery of goods to the carrier. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of packages and correspondence with the quantity and quality as specified in the document accompanying the goods. In case of discrepancy, same should be reported immediately on the document accompanying the goods adding the words SUBJECT TO INSPECTION / VERIFICATION (eg. neck damaged, crushed, wet, laundry, etc.) and within eight days in writing either by fax or email, to Nautimarket SRL. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be verified within eight days of receipt of same. Any hidden defects must be reported in writing by fax or email within eight days. Any report made after the terms stipulated will not be taken into consideration. The customer will take full responsibility for any declaration it makes.

ORDERS
Orders are accepted only in writing, by fax, or Internet (online). A customer sending an order via Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a notice of confirmation of the order by email, indicating the order number; in the event that after sending the order, an order number does not appear after a few minutes, the request shall be deemed as not accepted, for all legal purposes.

SHIPPING FEES
Transport costs indicated automatically by the system are to be considered purely indicative. In case of delivery in difficult-to-reach locations anywhere in the world, if the amount calculated automatically by the system does not cover the actual cost of shipping, we reserve the right to contact you to communicate the actual cost of same. If this is considered by you to be too costly, we can remove the transport costs from the order and you can send your own carrier for the pick-up.
In any case, we reserve the right to refuse shipments in areas or parts of the world that are not covered by our trusted carriers.
In the event that a customer refuses the goods for reasons not attributable to Nautimarket, it will be charged for the roundtrip cost of transport.

PRICES
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT (except export B2B price lists). Prices may be modified at any time, without notice.
The website may contain inadvertent errors and outdated data, which we will correct if kindly reported.
The price list may contain errors due to updates or other telematics for which Nautimarket declines liability. The customer will be promptly contacted and informed of the change.

The goods must be paid by bank transfer in advance, or by credit card (through PayPal).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The average delivery time to the carrier, is 5-7 working days from payment of the order.
Orders placed after 12:00 on Fridays will not be delivered to the carrier before 16:00 on the following Tuesday.
The carrier, once it has taken over delivery, will deliver within the next 48 hours.
Shipments will be made by contracted courier BRT (Bartolini). The cost of shipping is calculated automatically by the system, depending on the destination and weight-volume goods. In this case, and only when charged with shipping, the goods travel at our risk. No deliveries to upper floors.
In case of theft / loss Nautimarket SRL agrees to send a new product and, if the same were to be unavailable and / or out of stock, it will propose a different product, but with equivalent features, giving the client the option to decline this new product and request the issuance of a credit note relating to the product.
In the event that the carrier has been entrusted by the client, Nautimarket SRL will not be held responsible for the loss and / or damage of the product from the moment that same has been taken over by the carrier at its stores.
The delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

PAYMENT SERVICES
EXECUTION PRIORITY is a paid service that Nautimarket offers its customers who have extremely urgent to receive the goods ordered.
The service cost is visible in the shopping cart options and provides for the delivery to the carrier within 24 working hours upon receipt of payment.
Valid only for goods in stock, if Nautimarket could not meet the deadlines, will refund the extra amount paid by the customer. (Shipments are made from Tuesday to Friday at 17 hours by express courier BRT therefore any orders placed and paid for the days on Saturday or Sunday or on Friday after 12:30 pm will be shipped the next Tuesday)


INSURED SHIPPING is a paid service that Nautimarket offers customers who want to make sure that the goods on order are covered by insurance against damage during shipment.
The service cost is visible in the shopping cart options.
To activate the insurance you must still sign the withdrawal of shipment subject to control / verification by specifying the damage, however slight, visible in the package. (Even the smallest visible damage must be reported).

DELIVERY OF GOODS:
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check: that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document; the packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal).
Any damage or discrepancy in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery, adding the word '' subject to control / verification "on the appropriate document and confirmed immediately by fax or email to the operational headquarters:

WARNING: If you accept delivery without placing the necessary reserves to the goods delivered by courier on the delivery document, you may not claim for any shortages or damages during transport.

GUARANTEES
All goods sold are guaranteed by Nautimarket SRL and any authorized service centers. The warranty period is 1 year for sales to companies and 2 years for private use (unless otherwise indicated on specific products).

WARRANTY (MONEY BACK) AND RETURN GOODS
If the items purchased are not to your liking or have defects you may request a replacement or refund within 10 days of receipt. It will be sufficient to send them back by parcel post or with courier carriage free enclosing the delivery note / invoice of the goods to be returned or replaced (without delivery note or invoice the goods cannot be replaced or refunded as requested). Articles can be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt as long as they are new and in their original packaging. All additional charges for the return of items (round-trip transportation costs) are borne by the customer. If the payment was made by credit card you will be charged the commission charges. NOTE: It is recommended that you properly pack the goods as the responsibility for the integrity of same during the return trip is borne by the sender.
Note: If you intend to return to cut items, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase value will be withheld.
Note: refunds for goods returned, missing or unavailable are made within 30 days of notification.
Warning: The money back guarantee applies only to goods sold by mail order; IT IS NOT POSSIBLE buy goods in our stores and return same via correspondence or vice versa.
The money back guarantee applies only to sales to PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS. Sales made to companies do not fall under this legislation and therefore cannot avail themselves of same. All the products sold by us are covered by warranty as per legislation in force at the time of purchase.
Note: The technical and aesthetic characteristics of the articles are indicative. The company is not responsible for typographical errors or changes in features and prices introduced by the producers or damage caused by misuse of the products. Any legal dispute will be covered by the Court of Udine. Regulations concerning increases or decreases in currency exchange or sales taxes will result in adjustments.
