APPLICATION AND USE
Preparation: PREVIOUSLY VARNISHED WOOD
In Good Condition: Clean with thinners. Sand smooth with 280-320 grit paper. Remove sanding dust with thinners.
In Poor Condition: Remove all previous coatings.

BARE/NATURAL WOOD: Sand smooth with 80-180 grit paper and then 280 grit paper. Remove sanding dust by brushing, dusting and wiping. If wiping with solvent then allow to dry completely before applying the first coat.
Priming bare wood: Thin the first coat by 10-15% with Thinner No.1.
Method: Apply a minimum of 3 unthinned coats, more if using a roller. Avoid using direct from the can. Pour the amount you expect to use in a separate container.

Useful Tips: Mixing: Stir well before use.
Thinner: Thinner No.1, Thinner No.3
Cleaner: Thinner No.1
Airless Spray: (Professional spray application only) Pressure: 176-210 bar. Nozzle diameter: 1365-1580.
Conventional Spray (Professional spray application only) Pressure: 2-3 bar. Nozzle diameter: 1.1-1.4 mm. Thin 25-30% with Thinners No.3
Roller: If applying by roller, remove excess with a brush or pad to prevent air bubbles from being trapped in the film.

Other: For Airmix spray application: Pressure: 2 bar. Nozzle diameter: 06-113. For best results sand lightly between coats with 320-400 grade paper. Avoid using direct from the can. Pour the amount you expect to use in a separate container.

Some Important Points: Only use recommended thinners. Use above the waterline only. Avoid painting in direct sunlight. Product temperature should be minimum 15°C and maximum 35°C. Ambient temperature should be minimum 5°C/41°F and maximum 35°C/95°F.
